Observation

It was observed that a child was standing on top of a hand rail for a handicap ramp that was holding onto the fence, this posed a danger, as the child could slip and fall. The staff did not intervene in this situation for a few minutes. It was observed that while the group was outside for recess, some children were out of hearing or seeing range.
